Co-Pastor Grace Spann is an anointed preacher, teacher, and visionary leader. Alongside her husband, Pastor Randy Spann, she co-pastors Perfecting Prayer & Praise Ministries in Glen Burnie, Maryland. Affectionately known as 'Co,' she answered God's call to ministry at the age of 16 and has remained faithfully committed to her 'yes' ever since.

A dynamic leader, Co-Pastor Spann has a passion for empowering others both spiritually and holistically. She is the founder of The Keeper of the Lighthouse Ministry, which encourages personal growth through initiatives like the Water, Walking, and the Word 21-Day Challenge. Additionally, she is the owner of Perfecting You Salon and a respected author who shares her wisdom through seminars and workshops focused on holistic living.

Co-Pastor Spann’s dedication to service extends beyond the pulpit. She serves as Supervisor for the Department of Women in the Greater Maryland First Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction and holds several academic degrees, including a Bachelor’s in Social Theological Counseling, as well as an MBA, MSW, and ThD.
